To ensure the security of your account, please follow the steps below if you encounter a lost security item.
I. Web Security Item Reset Process

Access the Security Center:
Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the official website homepage to enter the Security Center. Select the security item you need to reset and click Change.
Click this link to go directly to the Security Center. -
Select "Lost Security Item":
On the modification page, click the Reset Security Verification? option. -
Verify Bound Items and Reset Security Item:
Select the unavailable security item(s) on the page and click Reset Security Item. You will need to verify other bound security items by entering a verification code and clicking Confirm to proceed to the next step. -
Submit New Security Item Information:
Enter the details of the new security item you wish to bind, along with the corresponding verification code. Upload a clear selfie holding your identification document. Ensure the document information is complete, unaltered, and clearly visible, including the document number and name.
Once completed, check the box for I confirm the above operation was done by me, and the account belongs to me, and click Submit. -
Wait for Review:
After submission, our customer service team will complete the review process within one business day. Please be patient.
Important Notes
- To ensure account security, withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after resetting or unbinding a security item.
