3.If any abnormal behavior is detected, including but not limited to bulk registrations or wash trading, KCEX reserves the right to disqualify the relevant accounts.
4.KCEX reserves the right to the final interpretation of this adjustment.
5.KCEX futures maker fees will remain at 0% without any changes.
